Brian leads day-to-day operations at Stellar and has more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. His responsibilities have included overseeing all business relationships, project development, and execution of projects in the prepared foods, sliced meats, poultry, dairy and beverage industries. He previously oversaw all of Stellar’s global food and beverage operations including US, Canada, Mexico and China. He previously served as a division vice president and executive vice president.  He has worked on high-profile projects for General Mills, Heinz, Kraft Foods, Nestlé and Starbucks, among others.
